Magistrate Court Criminal Division hearings are open to the public and may be in person and/or viewed at Magistrate Court Criminal Division, 3630 Camp Circle, Decatur GA 30032. Please remember that the courthouse is a secured facility with certain regulations about what you may and may not carry inside. Virtual hearing links for any remote hearings are for court participants only (attorneys, clerks, victims, and witnesses). Private attorneys should email MagistrateCrtClerks@dekalbcountyga.gov to file an entry of appearance and/or to request the virtual zoom hearing information.
