Program Statistics

The MMHC has admitted more than 800 participants since inception and more than 700 have successfully completed the program. The average monthly program enrollment goal is approximately 20-25 participants due to their higher risks, higher needs status.

Misdemeanor Mental Health Court statistics. Total MMHC referrals/participants: 2900/1000*. Total MMHC graduates: 550*. Average number of active MMHC participants: 42. Largest age group of participants: 26-35. Percentage of participants by sex: 60% male, 40% female.

All participants in the Misdemeanor Mental Health Court must have a mental health diagnosis. Many have co-occurring substance usage and alcohol abuse issues as well. The average diagnostic breakdown for MMHC active participants is as follows:
