If you miss your Ordinance Division Court date, you may come to the Courthouse at 3630 Camp Circle, Decatur, Georgia 30032 on the third Wednesday of each month at 9:00 AM. The Clerk will have you sign in and indicate whether your case will be addressed at 9:00 AM or 1:00 PM that day. Any late or contempt fees in connection with your Citations will be waived to the extent you take advantage of this opportunity. When you arrive at the Courthouse, you will not be arrested on any outstanding bench warrants related to your failure to appear on Magistrate Court Ordinance offenses.
