NOTICE: The Court has suspended wedding ceremonies until further notice due to COVID-19 health and safety concerns.
Due to growing demand, Chief Magistrate Judge Berryl A. Anderson announces expanded marriage services with new times in the Magistrate Court of DeKalb County.
Beginning on April 2, 2019, Magistrates will be available to conduct wedding ceremonies on a first come, first served basis at the DeKalb County Magistrate Court Criminal Division Building at 3630 Camp Cir, Decatur, GA 30032 at the following schedule:
Monday | No weddings performed |
Tuesday | 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. |
Wednesday | 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. |
Thursday | 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. |
Friday | 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. |
Saturday | 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. |
Sunday | 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. |
No weddings ceremonies will be held on DeKalb County observed holidays.
